seihon bookbinding
tetchōsō, tetsuyōsō; retchōsō, retsujōsō a type of binding where sheets are folded in half in signatures of ~5 sheets, then stacked together and stitched from front to back, similar to Western-style binding. Also known as Yamato-toji or multi-section binding.
